In an opulent estate park where laughter and leisure are quietly policed, a stern security guard devotes himself to enforcing silence and order. But as he witnesses the joy he forbids, cracks form in his resolve—until the urge to break free overwhelms him, unleashing a rebellion not just against the park’s rules, but against his own repression.
Statement :
Growing up in a densely populated city with limited personal space has made me acutely aware of the nuances of interpersonal relationships. In such a crowded, often stressful environment, the park becomes a rare sanctuary—a small green oasis within the concrete sprawl where one can breathe freely. It is in this fleeting space of freedom that people seem more tolerant, more at ease, and where the boundaries of everyday life momentarily soften.

This sense of liberation inspired me to reflect on our relationships—not only with our neighbors, but also with our own bodies, our own desires. The incident that partly inspired this film—someone accidentally getting his private part stuck in a park facility—was, at the time, hilariously absurd, yet it carried an undercurrent of sadness that has lingered with me for years. That moment crystallized the tension between repression and freedom, which became the central theme of the film. Through this work, I explore how the constraints of society, space, and self collide with the innate longing for release, humor, and connection.
